I recently bought a used vehicle from a dealership and 2 weeks into ownership, I noticed a problem in the shifting. Frustrated, I dropped the car off at Williamson's on a Sunday night for their review. Jamie called me back the next morning, confirming the problem I described, and suggested I call the dealership and see if they would look at it before they went any further. My family and I had already jumped through hoops for Williamson's to look at my car. At this point, I just wanted it fixed. My car didn't have a warranty, and I had strong doubts that the dealership would help. But, I did as Jamie said and called the dealership. I scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning to have them look at the car. The dealership confirmed that I had a bad transmission. It was a total loss for me. After working with the dealership, I was able to get a replacement vehicle! I've only been to Williamson's 2 times. The first time, I had a bad brake line on a car. Williamson's took great care of me and fixed it quickly. They called me and we discussed costs before any work was done. They were honest, friendly, and listened to me. The second time with the other car's bad transmission? WILLIAMSON'S TOOK CARE OF ME even though they did not conduct any repairs! Jamie gave me great advise on how to get to the dealership safely in my particular situation. I took it, and was safe. I now have the greatest respect for Williamson's and their staff, and would recommend them to anyone. Repairs can be needed at any time (usually at the most inconvenient times!), and repair shops can be sketchy. Please give them a try, if you ever need service. Thank you Williamson's and Jamie for everything. I'll be back!
Thank you Jennifer! We really appreciate the kind words
